Terms of Service

Last updated Beta version

This is the beta version of this page. Blitzscan is in a closed, invite-only beta, and this page will change before a wider launch.

These terms cover your use of Blitzscan: the site at blitzscan.ai, the app at app.blitzscan.ai and the docs at docs.blitzscan.ai (together, the service). Blitzscan is run by Blitzscan Labs (we, us). By signing in or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

A closed beta

Blitzscan is an on-chain research app: you ask questions about Robinhood Chain in plain English and get answers built from on-chain data. It is in a closed beta, and access is by invite.

  • Features may change, break or go away without notice.
  • We may pause the service, change who has access, or end the beta at any time.
  • Usage limits apply, such as how many questions you can ask in a day, and we may change them.
  • Before your first question we ask you to accept the beta terms shown in the app. They are part of these terms.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account or a crypto wallet, through our authentication provider. You must be at least 18. Keep your sign-in method secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account. An invite is for the person it was sent to.

During the beta, accounts and their history can't be deleted. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and why.

AI answers can be wrong

Answers are generated by AI models from on-chain data and other sources. They can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, and wallet labels are our inferences, not facts about who controls a wallet. Check the sources before you rely on an answer.

Nothing on Blitzscan is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Decisions you make with it are yours.

Acceptable use

Use Blitzscan for your own research, and don't:

  • break the law, or use the service to harass, track or harm anyone;
  • scrape the service, download it in bulk, or access it with bots or scripts, other than tools we provide for that;
  • get around, probe or reverse engineer rate limits, usage limits, invites or other access controls;
  • attack, overload or interfere with the service, or try to reach data that isn't yours;
  • reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms;
  • share your account or resell access.

We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who does.

Your questions and feedback

Your questions stay yours. You let us store, process and use your questions, the answers to them and your feedback to run, review and improve Blitzscan, including having people on our team read them and using them to test the product. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

A shared link lets anyone who has it read that thread. You can turn a shared link off at any time.

Our service

We own the service, its software, its design and the labels and analysis it produces, apart from the public blockchain data underneath. Data from third-party providers stays subject to their terms. These terms don't give you any rights in our name or brand.

No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it is accurate, reliable, available or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, trading losses or lost data, arising from the service or from relying on its answers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service, if anything, in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your access

You can stop using Blitzscan at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, for example if you break these terms or when the beta ends.

Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top says when they last changed. When a change matters, we will tell you in the app, and may ask you to accept the new version before you continue. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
